Since CommerceLab is offering non-tangible irrevocable software products we cannot offer immediate refunds.

Refunds can only be offered once all possible support channels have been exhausted.

Please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund requests. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues a refund will be provided.

Support Policy

Support is offered to all customers via the public forum here.

Free Support

We offer free no guarantee support to all non-paying customers. This support will be in our own time and is always non-priority. All paid support request will be dealt with as a matter of priority.

Paid Support

Paid support is offered to all those who have an active subscription to a plugin. This support is prioritised higher than non-paying issues and are usually dealt with wintin 2-3 days.

Agency Support

Agency support is offered to all members who have an active agency subscription.These tickets will always be considered priority and will be answered first before all others.

NOTE: No support is offered on any site that has been "core hacked" no matter the subscription level of the member.
